“Take a deep breath boss.” …it’s great advice when things are not going as planned. Especially when it’s the third of fourth plan. And it’s advice you just can’t ignore when it’s coming from a good friend. Four years ago Bart packed his belongings into his truck and trailer and moved from Salt Lake City to a little rental house next door. Since then rarely has a week gone by without him spending a day or two helping build Seeker and helping me stay focused and happy. Everybody needs a friend like Bart. In addition to Seeker, Bart is now putting the final touches on his tiny home that he built from scratch. And it’s time for a move to his own piece of land. Not paying rent will assure Bart of a modest but comfortable living, and it’s only a couple of miles away so you still be seeing Bart as we put the final touches on Seeker. I invite you to celebrate a house warming and friends like Bart.

Holly Cow! We are almost done painting. And we squeezed through a very small weather window of temperature and rain. Many thanks to Maxime and Steve for making it easy.

We did some modification to the cargo hatch and also added a cradle for the dinghy. Many thanks to Eric, Leigh, and John. This boat is awesome, because we have awesome crew.

Primary Hydraulic Pump Install

Many thank to Leigh Stright from Murray Corner, New Brunswick, Canada. His family and wife Carolyn fishing for generations. And I could not have anyone better to help with building some boat parts. We saved well over $2000 on this one project.
