I know! It’s not steel! It freaks me out too. No plasma torch, welder or grinders. Just dust, LOTS of red cedar dust. But we got all of it done in just three days because we had some ringers. Brian and Greg are both wood workers and Brian arrived with a truck load of tools. With help from Bart and a cameo from Wade and Ethan we got it knocked out. My job was making sure they kept it simple, because I know there was a dovetail jig in that truck. 🙂

Winter is here, but thankfully it has forgotten to bring any sleat, snow, or even rain. A little frost on the deck each morning but it quickly burns away. What has come in from the north is a lot of great crew. Some previous crew and some new crew but all with skills in hand or eager to learn and pitch in where they can.
