Choose Your Mentors Carefully

There will always be people determined to explain why your dream can't be done. Don't spend your life trying to convince them. Find people already doing things you admire. Support them. Learn from them. Become their friend. Sometimes that means creating distance from people who refuse to support your growth—even if they're family. The people you learn from will shape your future far more than the people who simply share your last name.
